Little Angel’s Sen. Sec. School endeavors to provide a well rounded program of competitive sports and to foster school pride and good sportmanship in the school's athletes, parents, and students.
The School provides year-round participation in sports. Tryouts are held before each sport's season begins for Varsity, Junior Varsity, and freshman teams. During the summer and the school year, clinics are held to prepare interested students for participation.

The coaching staff consists of qualified and experienced teachers. For further information, please contact Athletic Director Manpreet Singh Sahi at (+91) 98142-73736.

All students planning to participate in sports for the upcoming school year must complete the Athletic Paperwork Packet. For students interested in volleyball or cross-country, the physical examination form must be submitted before tryouts, and for all other sports, by the end of the first week of school to guarantee the student's participation in off-season workouts or tryouts.

ATHLETICS

Shaping new attitudes to learning

Children in Little Angel's Senior Secondary Schools get the best of everything from the outset:

the best teachers, resources, facilities and curriculum. Through the program, school stimulates children to reach their potential. Boys and girls learn how to care, to listen, to take turns and to concentrate. They are encouraged to make decisions, become self-sufficient, answer questions, solve problems and work independently.

Literacy and Numeracy

Delivery is through the explicit instruction method and results reflect that Little Angel's students develop faster than their peers. Progress in these areas is carefully and objectively monitored. With the help of our specialist teachers, children enjoy music, visual arts, library, physical education, music, drama and movement,  perceptual motor programs, information and communications technologies, a language awareness.

A strong Pastoral Care program ensures that children are nurtured at every stage and develop their own sense of personal worth

ART

MUSIC PROGRAM

Little Angel’s Sen. Sec. School provides students with a creative outlet to express their feelings or tell a story through song. At the same time, students learn important elements of writing, such as the use of imagery, meter, mood, rhythm, and rhyme. Utilizing the museum's award-winning lesson guide, teachers lead students though the lyric-writing process. In the final lessons, students write or co-write their own song lyrics. Their lyrics are then forwarded to a professional songwriter, who puts the words to music. The songwriter, accompanied by a museum educator, then visits your school to perform several of the students' songs. Additionally, they comment on other song lyrics, field questions about the profession and craft of songwriting, and relate stories about their personal journey as a writer. Not only is this last portion of the program engaging and fun, it is often quite memorable for the kids. Whether they get to proudly hear their song performed in front of their peers or have their question answered by the visiting songwriter, they all share in the rare opportunity to see how the lessons and skills they have been learning in the classroom connect to life outside of school.

ABOUT PARENTS-TEACHERS MEETING

Education plays pivotal role in the transformation of people into a well-balanced society. These views were expressed by Little Angel’s sr. sec. school’s Administrator Madam Mrs. Kulwinder Kaur Sahi. These meetings aim at the better understanding between the teachers and parents for the progress of the child in all spheres. The motive was to complete the triangle between teacher, taught and the parent so that they could discuss about the progress of their children. The main objective of regular parents-teachers meeting was an interface on the combined role of the school and the parents in moulding successful future citizens. Parents got glimpse of education strategy of the school.
